Padded seating varieties with perfectly curved lines offer inviting comfort and refined aesthetics. Like a soft and comfortable shell, Mela envelops a seating area ergonomically tailored to the user's needs, with proportional variations in height and width. The dominant volumes of the seat and backrest are padded and filled with soft materials, connected by a practical complementary interaction: the backrest follows and traces the edge of the seat, adhering to it, creating a soft and pleasant membrane. The compact, visually elegant solid wood structures complete the picture, encompassing and connecting the seat and backrest, providing a sense of security and beauty.
